Hello there! This is Cooper, an adorable bernedoodle puppy. This little guy is so sweet and affectionate. He likes to come over to you and play. He has great coloration. His coat has that great face with the chest flash, and he is just full of love. His coloring is ideal for that bernedoodle look. Not only is he affectionate and friendly but also a quick learner.
Like all of our puppies, he under went Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Puppy Culture training. He has started poddy training, aka house training with us. Before he goes home he will continue to improve. He still has the occasional accidents and will still need to work on that when he gets to his forever home. He adapts well to new challenges and environments. We have already begun clicker training with him, and I am amazed at how quickly he has been learning.
For this next part, I have to put this in for my wife as she likes to see it in print. “I WAS WRONG”. I have had and trained dogs all my life, I train horses, and feel very confident in my abilities to work with animals, and to be blunt when my wife first told me she wanted to buy all the training material for these programs, I that it was just a bunch of woowoo nonsense, but I was wrong. I publicly put it here in writing on the internet for the world to see, “MY WIFE WAS RIGHT. I WAS WRONG.” I was surprised when we started going through the training material at how good it was, and as I researched the data and the science behind it, I was impressed. But, I was most impressed with the results! These puppies have been so smart and developed such an affectionate personality.
With roughly 70% poodle he should have a low to no shed hypo-allergenic coat. He got his good looks from his mother with many of the beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog markings. And of course, he got his curl from his papa. His coloration is great. Our poodle stud carries great curl genes and great colors.
His coat will continue to develop as he grows out of the puppy stage, the wave/curl will also continue to come in. This little puppy is super cute and if you are looking for a Bernedoodle puppy with great coloration, he should be yours.
Size wise, With his mother weighing in at 80 pounds and his daddy weighing in at 40 pounds, he should be somewhere in the 60 pounds range. Of course, his coat will continue to develop as he grows out of the puppy stage. His coloration and the wave/curl will also continue to come in and mature.
